Terms and conditions

1. Who you are contracting with

All orders are placed with My Supplements 4 All, trading at mysupplements4all.com, United Kingdom (registered address to be published on company registration). The same trading name, website and products appear on our storefront, in our checkout and on any receipt or statement descriptor. Placeholder: company and VAT registration numbers to be added on publication.

2. Products

We sell food supplements intended for adults aged 18 and over. Supplements are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product images are illustrative and label artwork may change.

3. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order where a product is unavailable or a pricing error is obvious.

4. Payment

The current checkout operates in clearly labelled test mode: no card details are collected and no payment is taken. Once an approved payment provider is connected, payment will be processed by that provider under its own terms.

5. Delivery

Delivery timescales and charges are set out on our delivery and returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancellation and returns

Your statutory cancellation and return rights are set out on our delivery and returns page, including the 14-day cooling-off period and the exclusion for unsealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
