Delivery and returns

Delivery options

• Standard tracked (3–5 working days) — £3.95, free on orders over £50.
• Express tracked (1–2 working days) — £5.95.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel leaves us. We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only.

Returns

You may return unopened products in resalable condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept opened capsules, tablets or powders unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you also have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order. Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons are excluded once unsealed.

Faulty or damaged items

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference, the batch number on the pack and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including delivery.

How to start a return

Email hello@mysupplements4all.com with your order reference. We will send return instructions and a returns address. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
