What we collect

• Order details: name, email, delivery address, phone number and order contents.
• Account details, where you choose to create an account.
• Newsletter email address, where you opt in.
• Enquiries you send through the contact form.
• Cookie and analytics data, subject to your cookie choices.

We do not collect card details on this site. Payments will be handled by an approved payment provider once one is connected; today the checkout is in test mode and takes no payment.

Why we use it

• To fulfil and deliver your order (contractual necessity).
• To respond to enquiries and provide customer service (legitimate interests).
• To send marketing emails where you have consented (consent).
• To meet legal record-keeping obligations (legal obligation).

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years to meet UK accounting requirements. Marketing consent records are kept until you unsubscribe plus a short audit period. Contact enquiries are kept for two years.

Sharing
