Quality and testing

Honest quality messaging means telling you what we check, who checks it, and what we have not yet verified.

Manufacturing

Our products are made by UK and EU contract manufacturers operating to GMP-style quality management systems. Each production run is assigned a batch number that appears on the pack alongside a best-before date.

Raw material checks

Identity testing to confirm the material is what the supplier says it is.
Purity screening including heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, mercury and arsenic.
Microbiological screening on finished powders and capsules.
Standardisation checks on botanical extracts against the stated marker compound.

Retained samples

A sample of every batch is retained so that any query raised against a batch number can be investigated against physical stock rather than paperwork alone.

Reporting a concern

If you have a question about a batch, email us with the batch number printed on your pack and we will respond within two working days.

Using supplements safely

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a medical condition, speak to a doctor, pharmacist or registered dietitian before use. Our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over.
